All Sales Are Final

Welcome to Scarrd. As we celebrate the freshly grand opening of our store, we are currently operating under a No Returns / No Refunds Policy.

At this time, all purchases are final sale. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or provide refunds for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Change of mind
• Incorrect size selected
• Incorrect color or style selected
• Ordering the wrong item
• Failure to review product descriptions or sizing information before purchasing
• Buyer’s remorse

However, if you place an order and cancel within 15 minutes of purchasing, you will get refunded.

We strongly encourage customers to carefully review all product descriptions, sizing charts, colors, and order details before completing their purchase.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error on our end, please contact us as soon as possible so we can review the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.

Please provide your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging when contacting us.

As Scarrd grows, our return and refund policy may change. Any future changes will be posted on this page and will apply to purchases made after the updated policy takes effect.
